• Provided biweekly live-music for Friday Wine Tastings at Pemberton Farms Marketplace (2225 Mass Ave, Cambridge MA) from August 2023 through March 2024

• Faculty member of City Strings & Piano (Boston, MA chapter) since August 2023

Statements of Interest

• Large-Ensemble Performance – As an active professional musician, I strive to contribute to the thriving and flourishing of an active ensemble, whose repertoire is comprehensive, varied, and dynamic.

• Chamber Music Performance – In addition, I also have an extremely profound passion for chamber music.  With musicians in my area, I am most keen to found a string quartet focused on the compassionate performance of the most-relevant music of our time.

• Teaching Responsibilities – Furthermore, it is not lost on me that a cornerstone of an artist’s duty is to reciprocate their knowledge gained from experience to future generations.  To take initiative, I have engaged with “City Strings & Piano” as a faculty member in the Greater Boston area.  But, I would like to expand my teaching responsibilities to fulfill the needs of an even greater number of aspiring, young musicians, via a collegiate teaching position.

• Solo gigs – And, individually, I see it as paramount to seek out and connect with opportunities to provide atmosphere/background music whenever they arise (at parties, weddings, corporate events, etc.) – alternatively known by the term: “gigs”.

• Pursuit of Composition/Improvisation – I should also expound: that, while I have been mostly trained as a performer, I do possess a highly creative musical mind. This has been manifest through my compositional output, as well as an amply-expressed tendency to (non-dogmatically) improvise. So, even though I have degrees in “performance”, I really lie somewhere in the middle of the spectrum between “composer” and “performer”.

• Non-Classical Musical Creation – Lastly, I have noticed an ever-developing yearning within myself to develop my stylistic fluency outside of the purely-acoustic realm of the conventional classical-music paradigm–especially, concerning the genre of alternative rock/metal.  Please see the “Album” page of my website for info about my independently-released album of cello-rock, titled “Unveiling“!
